By accessing our website, testing our typefaces, or downloading our trial files, you agree to the rules outlined below.

2. Purpose of the Website

Our website serves as a digital portfolio, an informational hub, and a typographic testing playground. It allows you to view, test, and learn about our bespoke and retail typefaces.

No Direct E-Commerce: We do not process direct commercial transactions, handle payments, or maintain an automated checkout system on this domain. Commercial font licenses are facilitated either through direct studio invoicing or via authorized external typography distributors.

3. Free Electronic Services

Under the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), we provide the following free digital services:

  • Trial Font Deliveries (Contracts for Digital Content in Exchange for Data): In accordance with the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, we provide access to trial versions of our typefaces in exchange for your personal data (subscribing to our Studio Newsletter). By submitting your email address to download trial fonts, you enter into a contract for the supply of digital content. If you unsubscribe from the Newsletter, the contract terminates, though your right to continue using already-downloaded trial files remains governed by the Trial EULA.
  • Studio Newsletter: Periodic digital communications regarding new typeface releases and studio updates, sent exclusively upon explicit Double Opt-In request.
  • Contact Facilitation: Digital forms allowing you to send direct inquiries to the studio.

Technical Requirements: To use these services, you simply need a standard internet connection, an up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox), and a valid, active email address to receive delivery links.

4. Intellectual Property & Web Fonts

The design and content of this website—including all typeface designs, specimen graphics, logos, layouts, text, and underlying code—are the exclusive property of ROHH Type Foundry and are protected by international copyright laws.

  • No Extraction of Web Fonts: You may not extract, scrape, reverse-engineer, or illegally download the proprietary web fonts (.woff, .woff2) used to display text on this website. These web fonts are licensed strictly for rendering purposes on this domain only.
  • No Unauthorized Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or claim ownership of our specimen images, graphics, or font software without prior written consent.
  • Fair Linking: You are welcome to link to our website or reference our work in your own design research, provided the link is fair, legal, and correctly attributes ROHH Type Foundry.

5. Font Licensing (EULA)

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website itself. The actual use of our font software is governed entirely by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

Whether you are downloading free trial files from this site, or acquiring commercial files via direct inquiry or a third-party distributor, the installation, sharing, and application of those .otf, .ttf, or variable font files are strictly dictated by the EULA accompanying them.

6. External Links & Third-Party Platforms

Our website contains outbound links to third-party websites, including external font distributors (where our retail fonts can be purchased) and our social media profiles. We do not control and are not legally responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or billing practices of these external platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROHH Type Foundry provides this website and its free downloadable assets “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

While we engineer our typefaces to the highest technical standards, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including software crashes, layout errors, or missed deadlines—arising from your use of our website or the installation of our free trial font files.

8. Complaint Procedure

If you experience any technical issues with our Electronic Services (such as not receiving the trial font download link or newsletter confirmation email), you have the right to file a complaint.

Please include your email address used for the form and a brief description of the technical issue.

We will review and respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

9. Governing Law
